These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ngd77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ngd77 website located at https://ngd77.io and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ngd77 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the ngd77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

Age Verification Process

ngd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by ngd77, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending resolution.

Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be forfeited in full, and any deposits made by such a player will be returned subject to verification of the payment method used.

3Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the ngd77 platform. The opening, operation, or attempted operation of more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ngd77 will close any duplicate accounts and may forfeit balances held in those accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly notify ngd77 of any changes to your registration information by contacting our support team.

The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ngd77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ngd77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ngd77 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team. ngd77 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is carried out.

Account Verification (KYC)

ngd77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your account is fully verified. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

ngd77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ngd77 does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on ngd77 is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits are credited to your ngd77 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
• ngd77 does not charge any fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which ngd77 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• ngd77 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Before processing any withdrawal, ngd77 may require you to complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• ngd77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 BDT.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify ngd77 within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. ngd77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve transaction disputes within 5 business days of receiving all relevant information from the player.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ngd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available, as well as these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this restriction through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or other technical means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting and gaming on ngd77. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or withdrawn directly.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus-derived winnings are not available for withdrawal.
• ngd77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage players who have already commenced wagering on a particular offer.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or misleading means will be forfeited. This includes bonus abuse through low-risk betting strategies, matched betting, or exploitation of errors in bonus terms.

Seasonal Promotions

ngd77 regularly runs seasonal promotions tied to key events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket tournaments including the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. 6Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on ngd77 are subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, game outcomes, and dispute resolution. The following general rules apply across all products on the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. ngd77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in circumstances where an obvious error in odds or market creation has occurred.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules for that sport and market type, as published in the ngd77 sports betting rules documentation.
• ngd77 reserves the right to void bets, restrict stakes, limit winnings, or close accounts where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match manipulation, or use of non-public information.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on ngd77 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds provided by licensed game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the game round will be determined by the game server records, which are considered final.

Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, bet settlement, or odds display, ngd77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous price or system error will not be honoured and will be forfeited.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ngd77 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ngd77.
• Opening or operating more than one ngd77 account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the ngd77 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or accessing game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or using privileged or non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Laundering money or using ngd77 to facilitate any financial crime. ngd77 is committed to the prevention of money laundering and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in ngd77 systems for personal financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ngd77 immediately and must not be exploited.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or behaving in an offensive or disruptive manner toward ngd77 staff or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access ngd77 services using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any other form of co-operative cheating in casino or poker games.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit after using the funds to place bets, whether successfully or unsuccessfully.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on the ngd77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game code, and the overall visual design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of ngd77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ngd77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works based on any ngd77 content without prior written consent from ngd77.
• Use data mining, screen scraping, or any other automated data collection methods on the ngd77 website.
• Use the ngd77 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation not authorised in writing by ngd77.

Without limiting the foregoing, ngd77 accepts no liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your ngd77 login credentials or from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in service that are beyond the reasonable control of ngd77.
• Any reliance on odds, markets, or statistical information displayed on the ngd77 platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate as a result of data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any indirect financial losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential losses arising from bets placed on or through ngd77.
• Any losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction after the time at which you registered your ngd77 account.

ngd77's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit ngd77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Amendments to Terms

ngd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — ngd77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on each player's account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the ngd77 website.

Non-material amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes required to comply with applicable law, may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the ngd77 website.

Your continued use of the ngd77 Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in effect at the time the relevant event giving rise to the dispute occurred.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms creates, implies, or is intended to create any representation that online gambling is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ngd77 Services is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. ngd77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
